How It Works:
The first step is calling to request your VW Mobile Service appointment and getting connected to our VW representative. This representative will ask where you need the service performed, explain what services are available to you, and how much the service will cost – it’s as simple as that. Once the representative schedules and confirms the appointment, you can kick back and relax.
On the day of the appointment, you will receive a reminder and an estimated time that the technician will arrive. An update will also be sent to you once the technician is on the way. The technician will greet you upon arrival and will review the Volkswagen auto services to be performed. After they have completed the service, you will pay your bill online.
